Minutes of the SELECTIRENTE General Meeting
On May 27, 2025, SELECTIRENTE's Combined General Meeting was held at its registered office, chaired by Jérôme DESCAMPS. With a quorum of 95.61%, all resolutions were adopted. Among these, the distribution of a dividend of €4.10 per share was approved, representing a 2.5% increase compared to the previous year. The ex-dividend date and payment of the dividend are scheduled for June 10 and 12, 2025.
The renewal of the mandates of seven members of the Supervisory Board was also approved. In addition, delegations for the issuance of shares and capital transactions were granted to the management. The voting results are available on the SELECTIRENTE website.
