Minutes of the SELECTIRENTE General Meeting of May 28, 2026
SELECTIRENTE's Combined General Meeting was held on May 28, 2026, chaired by Pierre Vaquier. With a quorum of 95.49%, all resolutions were adopted. A dividend of €4.20 per share for the 2025 financial year was approved, representing a 2.4% increase compared to the previous year. The ex-dividend and payment dates are June 8 and 10, 2026, respectively.
Delegations of authority regarding share issuance and capital transactions were also granted. Jean-Marc Peter was appointed Chairman of SELECTIRENTE GESTION, succeeding Jérôme Descamps. The voting results, as well as a recording of the meeting, are available on the SELECTIRENTE website.
