SELECTIRENTE: Dynamic management in the 3rd quarter of 2025
SELECTIRENTE maintains strong activity and robust performance. Rental income increased by 4.0% on a like-for-like basis in the first nine months of 2025 compared to 2024. The financial occupancy rate reached 95.4% for the year. Revenue as of September 30, 2025, was €22.6 million, stable compared to 2024.
Strategic investments and asset allocations continue. Significant acquisitions have been made, including two portfolios of local businesses for a total cost of €11 million. The sale of nine businesses generated a capital gain of €6.6 million. These transactions highlight SELECTIRENTE's agility in an uncertain economic environment.
In parallel, SELECTIRENTE continues to be recognized for the quality of its financial and extra-financial communication with distinctions from EPRA.
