SELECTIRENTE: Statement of voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2026

On May 31, 2026, SELECTIRENTE announced a total of 4,172,938 shares comprising its share capital. On that date, the number of theoretical voting rights also stood at 4,172,938. However, the exercisable voting rights, those that can be used at General Meetings, are slightly lower at 4,161,304. This difference is explained by the presence of shares deprived of voting rights, notably due to treasury shares, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF's General Regulation.
