SELECTIRENTE: Voting rights update
SELECTIRENTE announces the figures relating to the total number of shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. The share capital consists of 4,172,938 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 4,172,938. However, only 4,161,313 voting rights are exercisable, after deducting shares deprived of this right, such as those held in treasury by the company.
Theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Exercisable voting rights are those available for General Meetings, after adjustment for shares without voting rights.
