Semperit AG Holding Suspends Dividend to Strengthen Financial Growth

Semperit AG Holding's executive board has decided to forgo a dividend for the financial year 2025, choosing instead to allocate the net income to revenue reserves. This move aligns with their existing dividend policy and supports the company's focus on strengthening its financial stability and pursuing growth opportunities. The dividend for 2024 was previously set at EUR 0.50 per share.

Despite this decision, preliminary results show that Semperit's performance in 2025 slightly exceeded expectations, particularly in the second half, due to enhanced operating efficiency and stable business development in core areas. The annual results for 2025 will be disclosed on March 18, 2026, with the Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 27, 2026.
