SFC Energy AG Reports 2025 Preliminary Figures; Anticipates Growth in 2026

SFC Energy AG has announced its preliminary figures for 2025, highlighting a return to growth in Q4 with sales of EUR 40.6 million. Overall annual sales slightly dipped to EUR 143,274 thousand from the previous year's EUR 144,754 thousand. Adjusted EBITDA stood at EUR 16,653 thousand, while adjusted EBIT reached EUR 8,914 thousand.

The company noted a strategic pivot towards defense and public security markets, accounting for approximately 50% of sales. Key developments included the establishment of a Power Management platform and the EFOY Pro Shelter for Arctic conditions.

Looking ahead to 2026, SFC Energy AG forecasts sales of EUR 150.0 – 160.0 million and a considerable boost in EBITDA and EBIT, driven by increased defense and security customer revenue. The expansion strategy includes scaling operations in Asia and the U.S.

Despite challenges such as exchange rate volatility, SFC hopes to leverage growing global demand for resilient energy solutions to sustain its growth trajectory.
