Complete acquisition of Latanier Expériences by SFCMC

The Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) has completed the acquisition of Latanier Expériences shares. Through this transaction, SFCMC, which already holds 50% of Latanier Expériences, has acquired the remaining 50% from CG Invest. This makes SFCMC the company's sole shareholder.

This decision was announced to the public on July 29, 2025. The transfer of ownership and financial settlement of the transaction are scheduled for November 3, 2025. SFCMC aims, through this acquisition, to strengthen its operational control over Latanier Expériences and to support its strategic development.
