Showroomprivé plans to sell its stake in The Bradery

Showroomprivé, the European specialist in event sales, announces the signing of a letter of intent to sell its 52.75% stake in The Bradery to its founders Timothée Linyer and Edouard Caraco. The agreement provides for a €23 million acquisition, valuing The Bradery at €43.6 million. Showroomprivé acquired 51% of The Bradery in May 2022 for €10.2 million, highlighting the strong revenue growth of the platform specializing in premium event sales. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of 2025, strengthening Showroomprivé's financial structure.
