Showroomprivé sells its stake in The Bradery to its founders
On December 22, 2025, Showroomprivé, specializing in online flash sales, finalized the sale of its 52.75% stake in Symmetric SAS, owner of The Bradery brand. This transaction benefits the founders, Timothée Linyer and Édouard Caraco.
The sale, finalized at €19 million, includes a €3 million vendor loan and a €1 million interim dividend. Showroomprivé has also secured additional payments linked to The Bradery's future performance. These payment mechanisms are based on EBITDA for fiscal years 2027 to 2029.
A support agreement provides assistance to the founders of The Bradery until 2028 in the technological transition and digital marketing. This transaction strengthens Showroomprivé's financial structure while optimizing capital allocation.
