Girod Signals: Half-year review of the liquidity contract as of December 31, 2025
Signaux Girod presented the half-year report on its liquidity contract with the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, which as of December 31, 2025, held 2,073 shares and a cash balance of €9,884.13. During the second half of the year, 5,847 shares were purchased for a total of €86,585.69, while 5,198 shares were sold for €77,551. The previous half-year showed a balance of 1,433 shares and €18,788.77 in cash. At the initial establishment of the contract, no shares were held, with a cash contribution of €100,000.
