Silver Spruce Acquires Full Interest in Pino de Plata Claims in Mexico

Silver Spruce Resources, Inc. has secured a 100% interest in the Pino de Plata claims in Mexico, marking a significant advancement from the initial agreement established in 2025. The company executed an assignment agreement on July 2, 2026, assuming full ownership of the four concessions. This acquisition removes any time constraints on development or sale and imposes no exploration spending requirements or royalties.

The company paid $10,000 to the former claims holder and agreed to a 10% share of gross proceeds upon future sale of the claims. Annual payments to the former holder will commence in 2027, ceasing upon sale. Silver Spruce’s plans for geological surveys and drilling are progressing, with negotiations for land access ongoing. The Pino de Plata project, with historical high-grade mineralization, remains undrilled but presents promising exploration potential.
