Silver Spruce Advances Jackie Project Acquisition

Silver Spruce Resources Inc., based in Bedford, NS, has provided an update on its acquisition of the Jackie Project in Sonora, Mexico. The company plans to acquire Colibri Resource Corporation's 50% interest in the project. In exchange, Colibri will receive C$25,000 in Silver Spruce's common shares and a 1% Net Smelter Return royalty.

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the acquisition. The transaction is expected to finalize upon Colibri's receipt of the necessary approvals. This will result in Silver Spruce owning 100% of the Jackie Project. Notably, Kevin O'Connor abstained from voting on this transaction due to his position as a director of both companies.
