Silver Spruce Resources Adopts Semi-Annual Reporting Framework

Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSXV:SSE) announced its decision to move from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. This approach is designed to alleviate the administrative and financial loads of frequent reporting, allowing the company to focus resources on exploration and development programs.

Under this new framework, Silver Spruce will cease the filing of interim financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the periods ending January 31 and July 31. The first adjusted reporting period will cover the nine months ending July 31, 2026. However, annual reports will remain unaffected, due 120 days post fiscal year-end, with six-month reviews due within 60 days after April 30.

The company assures its commitment to transparency and adherence to existing disclosure obligations, promising to report any significant changes in a timely fashion as required.
