Silver Spruce Resources Announces Shareholder Meeting Results
Silver Spruce Resources Inc. held its annual and special meeting on May 5, 2026, where shareholders approved all proposed business items. The original meeting was postponed from April 28 due to a lack of quorum. During this gathering, Michael Kinley, Kevin O'Connor, and Kevin Thieneman were elected to the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. Paul Smith, due to personal reasons, did not seek re-election.
Shareholders appointed Charlton & Company as the company’s auditors for the following year. An ordinary resolution amending the Corporation’s stock option plan, previously established in 2024, was passed, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
