Held on September 17, 2026, the meeting saw the re-election of directors Richard Gordon, Glenn Jessome, Lila Maria Bensojo-Arras, and Yleana Leal. Each director secured a majority vote, with Glenn Jessome receiving the highest support at 99.92%.
