Silver X Mining Corp., a rapidly expanding silver producer, has engaged an independent strategic advisory firm, co-led by Ernesto Balarezo and Patricia Kosa, and appointed Ricardo Martínez as General Manager, effective immediately. This move aims to enhance operational excellence and cost discipline, paving a path towards sustainable production and profitability.
CEO José María García emphasized the significance of these changes as Silver X enters its next phase, focusing on efficiency and disciplined growth. The strategic advisory firm, engaged on a non-exclusive basis, will support operational transformation and performance management within the company.
Balarezo and Kosa bring substantial mining sector experience to the advisory role, offering expertise in governance, compliance, and cross-border transactions. Meanwhile, Ricardo Martínez, with two years of leadership experience at Silver X, will helm daily operations to ensure strategic execution and organizational alignment.
Additionally, the company plans to issue up to 450,000 stock options to align leadership with shareholder interests, contingent upon TSX Venture Exchange approval.
