Sean Austin Exercises Stock Options at Sintana Energy

Sintana Energy Inc. has announced the exercise of stock options by Sean Austin, co-secretary and treasurer of the company. Mr. Austin has exercised options for 1,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.165 per share, totaling a payment of CAD$165,000. This acquisition increases his shareholding in the company to 7,925,000 shares, representing 1.43% of Sintana's total issued shares.

An application has been made for these new shares to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange and AIM with admission expected by June 2, 2026. Post-admission, Sintana's issued share capital will comprise 555,582,493 common shares, each granting one vote. This figure will aid shareholders in complying with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
