Allane Mobility Group and DEKRA Enhance Vehicle Return Process

Allane Mobility Group, focused on vehicle leasing in Germany, has teamed up with DEKRA to improve the vehicle return process for leased cars. After a successful trial, the streamlined process launched in May 2025, covers 164 DEKRA sites nationwide. The initiative aims to make returns more efficient and user-friendly across all locations.

DEKRA Automobil and DEKRA Event & Logistic Services contributed to creating an integrated return system. This new process simplifies steps from appointment scheduling to transport arrangement. Steffen Hohn from Allane highlights the aim of making mobility effortless, including lease-end procedures.

Customers receive an email with a link to a booking tool, allowing them to choose a return location and time slot. A DEKRA inspector then conducts a professional vehicle check. The process includes vehicle transport within 48 hours, ensuring a seamless operation. Initially available for private clients, it will extend to major customers later this year.
