Skeena Resources Announces Board and Management Changes

Skeena Resources Limited has appointed Mr. Hansjoerg Plaggemars to its Board of Directors, highlighting his extensive experience in public company boards and finance. Mr. Plaggemars, associated with Deutsche Balaton, brings expertise in structured debt finance and capital markets.

In addition, Nalaine Morin has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Environment and Social Affairs. With significant influence in the permitting process and recognized for her contributions to Indigenous relations, she has been critical in submitting key applications for the Eskay Creek project.

Further appointments include Andrew Osterloh as Vice President of Project Engineering and Construction, Timothy Sewell as Vice President of Health and Safety, and Karen Leven as Vice President of Environment and Regulatory Affairs. Each brings substantial industry expertise, contributing to Skeena's efforts to advance the Eskay Creek Gold-Silver Project amid ongoing engineering and permitting processes.
