Sky Gold Corp. Completes Financing Tranche
Sky Gold Corp. announced the successful closure of a tranche in its non-brokered private placement, issuing 18,040,000 units at $0.05 each, totaling $902,000. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.08 within 36 months. Funds will be allocated to the Evening Star project in Nevada and general capital needs.
The company distributed $57,360 in finders' fees and 1,127,200 non-transferable warrants, each permitting purchase of a share at $0.08. Shares from the financing will adhere to a four-month Canadian legal hold period.
