Sky Gold Corp. Launches Private Placement for Nevada Drilling Projects
Sky Gold Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising up to one million dollars. This capital will fund geophysics and drilling at their Tower Gold and High Life targets within the Evening Star property in Nevada. Investors will receive units at $0.05 each, consisting of one common share and one purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at $0.08 over the next three years.
Tower Gold is a drill-ready, one-kilometer gold vein trend within granitic rocks, while High Life is a copper-gold porphyry target supported by geological data. The commencement of drilling is anticipated soon. The placement's success hinges on TSX Venture Exchange's approval and includes finder's fees.
