Jian Liu Appointed as Chairman of SMT Scharf AG's Supervisory Board
SMT Scharf AG has announced the election of Jian Liu as the new Chairman of its Supervisory Board. Liu, whose background boasts significant managerial experience in China's coal mining industry, succeeds Li Zhang. Zhang stepped down to pursue a high-level position in the sister company of SMT Scharf's primary shareholder, Yankuang Energy Group.
The supervisory board is now complete with five members. Liu brings a wealth of experience, having held key roles in the Shandong Energy and Yankuang Energy Group. He aims to leverage his extensive background to support and guide SMT Scharf's continued growth.
Liu has been active in various senior positions within the mining and energy sectors. He has served as Deputy CEO of Shandong Energy Group and CEO of Yunding Technology Co., Ltd., contributing substantial expertise to SMT Scharf.
