Novem Group S.A. AGM Approves All Agenda Items

On 21 August 2025, Novem Group S.A. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Luxembourg, where shareholders approved all items on the agenda by a significant majority. Approximately 85.7% of the voting share capital was represented at the meeting.

Despite the approvals, the Management Board, citing the fragile market environment, decided not to distribute a dividend for the 2024/25 financial year. The detailed voting results have been made available on the company’s Investor Relations website under the Corporate Governance section.

Novem is a leading global supplier of decorative interior trim parts for premium automotive brands, operating in multiple countries with a workforce of about 4,500. In the financial year 2024/25, the company reported revenues exceeding €541 million.
