Novem Group S.A.: Management Board Reshuffle

Luxembourg-based Novem Group S.A. announced changes in its Management Board. Florian Sandner, Chief Operating Officer, is stepping down. His departure comes before the end of his term and is by his own request. Sandner's responsibilities will be redistributed among the remaining board members. The Supervisory Board expressed regret over his decision and thanked him for his successful cooperation over the years.

Novem Group S.A. is known for its exclusive trim elements and decorative components for the mobility sector. It leads in high-end car interiors and also explores premium exterior trims. With a rich history since 1947, Novem operates in several countries and employs around 4,100 people. Its revenue reached approximately €511 million in the fiscal year 2025/26.
