Novem Group S.A. Reports Revenue Growth in Q1 2026/27

Novem Group S.A. announced a revenue increase of 2.8% for the first quarter of 2026/27, reaching €132.6 million. Despite geopolitical challenges affecting automotive markets, the company's performance improved, driven by strong results in its Tooling business. Revenue from Tooling rose by 33.3%, amounting to €16.2 million, while revenue from Series slightly decreased by €0.4 million.

The adjusted EBIT for Q1 was €8.8 million, marking a 14.1% improvement compared to the previous year, driven by steady performance in Europe and cost efficiency measures. A notable increase in free cash flow was observed, reaching €4.8 million, an improvement attributed to higher cash flow from operations.

Investments amounted to €1.7 million, focused on growth areas such as Pilsen and Querétaro. The company also reported a lower net leverage ratio due to a significant reduction in financial debt. Novem continues to enhance its surface finishing capabilities with investments in new technologies.
