EPC Group's 2026 Financial Calendar

EPC Group, listed on Euronext under the symbol EXPL, has unveiled its financial communication calendar for 2026. The first announcement will concern the 2025 annual revenue, scheduled for Thursday, February 26, 2026. The audited annual results will follow on Monday, March 30, 2026. The group will then publish its first-quarter 2026 revenue on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Finally, the half-year results will be announced on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and the third-quarter revenue will be released on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

All announcements will be made after the close of trading on Euronext Paris. EPC Group is recognized for its innovations and global presence in the manufacture and distribution of explosives. The company generated revenues exceeding €550 million in 2024, employing more than 2,900 people in 44 subsidiaries across 29 countries.
