Negotiations between EPC Group and SSE Group have concluded.

EPC Group has announced the end of discussions with Société Suisse des Explosifs Holding SA (SSE Group) regarding a potential strategic merger. Initiated on February 24, 2026, these exclusive negotiations aimed to merge the two entities' activities in civil explosives and drilling and blasting.

The financial strength and strategic positioning of both groups had been confirmed by a cross-due diligence process. However, evolving demands from the SSE Group, particularly regarding post-transaction governance, led to the cessation of negotiations on June 1, 2026.

Despite the failure of this merger, EPC Groupe remains confident in its development prospects. The company continues to focus on R&D, its technological position in the market, and its commitment to CSR.
