SFL Reports Record High Office Letting Rates in 2025

Since the beginning of 2025, Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) has leased 10,300 sq.m. of office space at record high rents. Despite a market with lower take-up rates, nine leases were signed, including four renewals. The average rent exceeded €1,000 per sq.m. for a 7.2-year non-cancellable period with a below-market incentive of 14.1%.

Aude Grant, SFL’s CEO, emphasized the quality of their projects meeting the highest standards. Virginie Krafft, SFL’s Commercial Director, highlighted the importance of attractive workspace designs on employee well-being. Key property upgrades included iconic assets like Louvre Saint-Honoré, Haussmann Saint-Augustin, and 103 Grenelle, attracting a diverse range of new tenants in sectors including law and fashion.
