BlackRock exceeds 5% of Societe Generale's voting rights

On January 27, 2025, Société Générale announced that BlackRock, Inc. has crossed the threshold of 5% of voting rights, according to Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code. This declaration was received by mail, indicating that this crossing occurred on January 24, 2025. BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds, now holds 45,338,592 shares, or 5.67% of the capital and 5.12% of the voting rights.

This crossing results from an acquisition of shares on and off the market, as well as an increase in shares held as collateral. BlackRock has the discretionary power to exercise the voting rights of the securities held, unless a client decides otherwise.
