SoftwareOne Appoints New Group CFO, Hanspeter Schraner
SoftwareOne Holding AG has announced Hanspeter Schraner as the new Group Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 June 2025. He will replace Rodolfo Savitzky, who is stepping down. Schraner brings over 20 years of international financial leadership, having held similar roles at Heritage B Group, Bucherer Holding, and Mövenpick Holding among others.
SoftwareOne's CEO Raphael Erb expressed enthusiasm about Schraner's expertise in finance and strategy. As SoftwareOne continues its growth and integration efforts, Schraner is expected to play a vital role in these initiatives. Schraner himself is eager to contribute to the company during this pivotal phase.
