SoftwareOne Appoints Till Spillmann as Independent Chairman
On 16 May 2025, SoftwareOne Holding AG announced the election of Till Spillmann as its new independent Chairman during the Annual General Meeting held in Lucerne, Switzerland. Spillmann takes over from Daniel von Stockar, who will remain a board member. The meeting, attended by 100 shareholders and representatives, approved all proposals from the Board of Directors, representing 59.03% of the voting share capital.
The Board now comprises Till Spillmann as Chairman, continuing members Daniel von Stockar, René Gilli, Andrea Sieber, and Jörg Riboni, along with new members Rune Syversen and Jens Rugseth, pending the completion of the Crayon acquisition. The transition comes as SoftwareOne aims to strengthen its position in the software, cloud, data, and AI markets.
A dividend of CHF 0.30 per share was also approved, payable from 22 May 2025.
