SoftwareOne Reports Growth and Expands Board

SoftwareOne Holding AG announced a 1.4% growth in constant currency for FY 2025 on a combined like-for-like basis. The company also introduced Barend Fruithof as a nominee for an additional Board member. Preliminary financials showed significant Q4 revenue growth, aided by the Crayon acquisition, with a 64.7% increase reported under IFRS.

The company's annual revenue for 2025 reached CHF 1,243 million, marking a 22.5% rise from 2024. In constant currency terms, combined like-for-like revenue was CHF 1,518 million, surpassing flat growth expectations. Adjusted EBITDA margin guidance remains above 20%.

SoftwareOne is set to host a Capital Markets Day on 9 June 2026, unveiling its strategic and financial plans. Barend Fruithof's Board nomination brings strategic and integration expertise, aiming to enhance governance and long-term value creation.
