SoftwareOne Reports Strong Q3 2025 Revenue Growth

SoftwareOne Holding AG, a global leader in software and cloud solutions, experienced a robust revenue growth of 46.0% year-on-year in Q3 2025, totaling CHF 343.2 million. This surge is attributed to the acquisition of Crayon and reflects a positive trend in underlying performance.

The company’s reported EBITDA increased significantly, rising by CHF 29.5 million to reach CHF 42.0 million in the third quarter, with year-to-date figures showing an increase of CHF 32.4 million to CHF 127.0 million. Integration efforts are progressing, with CHF 21 million in cost synergies already realized, aiming for 30% of total synergies by year-end 2025.

Despite currency fluctuations impacting revenue, SoftwareOne anticipates stable revenue growth, maintaining an adjusted EBITDA margin above 20%. Strategic sales initiatives are poised to leverage their position in cloud and AI markets, fostering sustainable growth.
