SoftwareOne to Finalize Crayon Acquisition in July 2025
SoftwareOne Holding AG, a prominent software and cloud solutions provider, is set to conclude its acquisition of Crayon on July 2, 2025, having met all necessary regulatory conditions. This includes approvals for the acquisition of all outstanding Crayon shares.
Shareholders accepting the offer will receive NOK 69 in cash and the equivalent of newly issued shares in SoftwareOne per Crayon share. These shares will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and Euronext Oslo Børs by early July 2025.
The Executive Board of the merged entity has been confirmed. Raphael Erb and Melissa Mulholland will co-lead as CEOs. The team includes key figures like Oliver Berchtold as COO and Hanspeter Schraner as CFO.
Post-acquisition plans include a compulsory acquisition of remaining Crayon shares followed by Crayon delisting.
