Soitec Announces its Q3 2026 Financial Results
Soitec announced revenues of €160 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-2026, an 18% increase compared to the previous quarter at constant scope and exchange rates. This increase exceeded the company's initial forecasts. However, compared to the previous year, revenues were down 29% as reported.
Soitec's performance was influenced by strong demand for Artificial Intelligence, which offset weakness in the Automotive sector and the correction of RF-SOI inventory. The company remains focused on improving its operational execution and cash generation, with selective investments aimed at future growth opportunities.
Despite a challenging market, Soitec anticipates a 20% increase in revenue for the fourth quarter. This growth is attributed to the correction of customer inventories and sustained demand in the Edge & Cloud AI segment.
