Status of Voting Rights and Shares at Soitec as of April 30, 2026

Soitec, a company located in Bernin, has released its figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. Soitec has 35,772,015 ordinary shares listed on Euronext Paris. Each share has a par value of €2.00.

The total number of theoretical voting rights is 45,380,210. These rights include all shares, whether they carry single or double voting rights, even those temporarily deprived of these rights.
