Threshold Crossing by The Capital Group at SOITEC
On January 5, 2026, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. crossed the 5% threshold in SOITEC's share capital, according to a press release received on January 7. The group now holds 1,985,346 shares, representing 5.55% of the share capital and 4.34% of the voting rights. This acquisition was completed on the market.
The Capital Group acts as an investment advisor for funds, aggregating positions from Capital Research and Management Company and Capital Group International Inc. In parallel, 1,985,346 shares are also held on behalf of clients, without changing the voting rights initially held.
