On April 11, 2025, the Luxembourg limited partnership Ycor SCA, together with Mora & F SA, crossed the two-thirds threshold of the share capital and voting rights of SOLOCAL GROUP. According to the regularization declaration received on September 25, 2025, Ycor SCA and Mora & F SA together hold 24,140,072 shares, representing 67.54% of SOLOCAL GROUP's share capital. The breakdown is as follows: 23,274,541 shares for Ycor SCA (65.12%) and 865,531 shares for Mora & F SA (2.42%). This threshold crossing resulted from an off-market acquisition. Both entities are controlled by the Lévy family group, comprised of Maurice Lévy and his family. This transaction strengthens their influence over SOLOCAL GROUP, thereby consolidating their strategic position.
