Sonova Tops Swiss Innovation Ranking Again

Sonova Holding AG has been recognized as the leading company in innovation among SMI companies for the second consecutive year. The ranking was compiled by business magazines Bilanz and PME, along with Statista. This accolade follows Sonova's 12th place finish in Fortune's ranking of Europe's Most Innovative Companies in June 2025.

Eric Bernard, CEO of Sonova, expressed satisfaction with the recognition, attributing the success to decades of innovation in the hearing care industry. Sonova's recent technological advancement, the Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio, uses real-time AI to improve speech understanding in noisy environments.

Sonova also introduced the Phonak Virto R Infinio, its first in-the-ear hearing aid, in summer 2025. This device combines advanced technology with enhanced speech performance and universal connectivity features.
