Sopra Steria Reports Q3 2025 Revenue Decline with Optimistic Outlook

Sopra Steria Group announced Q3 2025 consolidated revenue of €1,315.8 million, marking a 2.9% decrease organically. The aeronautics sector returned to growth, and France reported stable revenue. However, delays in a UK defence programme impacted results. The Group anticipates positive organic growth in Q4.

In France, generating 44% of the Group's revenue, performance stabilised at €574.9 million, showing marginal organic decline. In the UK, representing 16% of revenue, performance fell by 9.5%. European operations, contributing 34% of revenue, decreased by 3.4% organically.

The Solutions unit faced a slight decline of 0.4%. The Group is in negotiations to acquire Neocase to enhance its HR Solutions branch. Workforce numbers slightly increased to 50,768 employees, with attrition at 15.3%.
