Chef Noah Wynants from North Europe won the Acqua Panna Connection in Gastronomy Award for his plant-based Dutch 'Rendang'. Chef Nicolás A. López from the USA earned the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award for "Pork with Hints of the Sea," which resonated globally through a public vote.
