Chefs from diverse regions were recognized for embodying values beyond culinary skill. Chef Zanté Neethling, representing Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, received the S.Pellegrino Social Responsibility Award for her dish, "Tribute to the Khoi-Khoin Taras," showcasing sustainable practices and indigenous knowledge. Chef Noah Wynants from North Europe won the Acqua Panna Connection in Gastronomy Award for his plant-based Dutch 'Rendang'. Chef Nicolás A. López from the USA earned the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award for "Pork with Hints of the Sea," which resonated globally through a public vote.
