Spetz Inc. Appoints New Auditor and Expands Market Making Team

Spetz Inc., also known as SonicStrategy, has announced the appointment of HDCPA Professional Corporation as its new corporate auditor. The Canadian firm is registered with both the CPAB and the PCAOB, facilitating Spetz's ambition to list on a U.S. exchange. This strategic move marks a departure from BDO Ziv Haft, previously engaged by the former management team.

Mitchell Demeter, CEO of SonicStrategy, expressed enthusiasm about this appointment, highlighting HDCPA's cross-border expertise and PCAOB accreditation. These qualities are expected to enhance Spetz's audit process as it operates publicly across multiple jurisdictions.

Moreover, Spetz has signed an agreement with Venture Liquidity Providers Inc. (VLP) to offer market-making services. With a monthly fee of $5,000 CAD, this agreement aims to enhance liquidity and ensure an orderly market for its shares. VLP operates alongside Independent Trading Group (ITG) Inc. to support Spetz's trading performance.
