Stabilus SE CFO Stefan Bauerreis Resigns
Stabilus SE, headquartered in Koblenz, announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Stefan Bauerreis, effective at the end of this month. Bauerreis requested an early termination of his contract due to personal reasons, which was approved by the Supervisory Board. CEO Dr. Michael Büchsner will assume the CFO duties temporarily.
In the meantime, Dr. Wend v. Wietersheim, a seasoned financial executive, will provide interim support to the Management Board. Dr. v. Wietersheim brings significant experience from his prior roles in the mechanical and plant engineering sectors, along with automotive industry expertise.
Dr. Stephan Kessel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude to Bauerreis for his service and welcomed Dr. v. Wietersheim to the interim team.
