Stabilus SE Reports Improved EBIT Margin Amid Revenue Decline in Q3 FY2026
Stabilus SE reported a slight decline in revenue to €299.5 million in Q3 FY2026, down from €316.0 million the previous year. Despite this, the company increased its adjusted EBIT margin by 30 basis points to 10.8%. This improvement is attributed to cost discipline and efficiency measures. The sale of Fabreeka and Tech Products contributed significantly to a net profit rise, reaching €51.4 million, due to a €44.4 million gain from this transaction.
The industrial sector demonstrated resilience with an 8% organic growth, outperforming the automotive sector, which faced a 15% revenue drop. The EMEA region maintained steady revenue, while Asia-Pacific saw a significant decline. Revenue from the Americas also fell, but the EBIT margin improved.
The full-year forecast remains within expected ranges, with projected revenue around €1.15 billion. Stabilus continues to focus on debt reduction, maintaining operational efficiency, and strategic growth through partnerships like the one with Synapticon, aimed at expanding into humanoid robotics.
