Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd Alters Financial Year End

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd (SWEF) announced the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 31 December 2025. Shareholders unanimously approved a special resolution to adopt New Articles.

Consequently, the Board has decided to extend the financial year end from 31 December 2025 to 28 February 2026. This decision could potentially reduce costs associated with audited accounts for the 2025 financial year, providing higher returns to shareholders amid the anticipated company liquidation in early 2026. Should liquidation not occur by 28 February 2026, the cost impact is expected to remain neutral.

The company will continue to report its monthly net asset values and publish regular factsheets according to its existing schedule.
