SWEF Announces Eighth Capital Distribution Update

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (SEREF) announced the compulsory redemption of 67,885,117 shares at £0.9575 per share. This action follows the capital distribution plan revealed on 18 September 2025. Redemption was executed on a pro-rata basis, excluding fractional shares.
