Status of voting rights and shares at ALTAREIT
ALTAREIT has published an update on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of April 30, 2025, the company's share capital consists of 1,750,487 shares, with an identical theoretical number of voting rights. However, only 1,748,408 voting rights are exercisable, due to treasury shares.
ALTAREIT's articles of association include a clause requiring disclosure of additional thresholds, beyond the statutory requirements. Any person holding at least 1% of the capital must notify ALTAREIT of any changes within four trading days.
