STEF: Number of voting rights as of May 31, 2025

STEF has published its voting rights and share capital figures for May 31, 2025. The company's capital consists of 12,850,000 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is therefore 22,814,931. However, the number of exercisable voting rights, i.e., those that can be used at general meetings, is 22,610,294.

These figures take into account treasury shares, which do not confer voting rights. This update is in line with legal transparency obligations to the Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code.
