STEF's Voting Rights as of June 30, 2026

STEF has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2026. STEF's share capital consists of 12,850,000 shares. These shares determine two types of voting rights. Firstly, the number of theoretical voting rights is 22,890,607. Secondly, the number of exercisable voting rights, i.e., the net total after deducting shares without voting rights, amounts to 22,699,402.

These figures are communicated in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
